MOQ, lead time, customisation, testing and shipping — the questions importers ask us most.
What is your MOQ for pet strollers?
For existing models the MOQ starts at 200 pieces per model, and 300 pieces per custom colour. If you need a smaller trial order, ask us about stock colours — we can often ship from available inventory.
Can you put our logo on the stroller?
Yes. Your logo can be applied as a woven label, rubber patch, screen print or heat transfer on the canopy, basket and frame. Carton printing and barcode application are also handled in house.
What is the lead time?
Samples take 10–15 days. Mass production is 25–35 days after deposit and sample approval, depending on quantity and whether new tooling is required.
Which port do you ship from?
Qingdao is our nearest port, about two hours from the facility. Ningbo is also used when your forwarder has a better sailing schedule from there.
Can we mix different models in one container?
Yes. Different models and colours can be combined in one container as long as each colour meets its minimum quantity. We will calculate the loading plan for you.
Do you provide test reports?
We work with partner laboratories for EN 1888 and ASTM testing. For existing models we can share previous test reports for reference; for ODM projects we arrange testing to your market requirement.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders.
Can you develop a completely new model from our drawing?
Yes. Send a sketch, photo or physical sample and our engineering team will produce a 3D drawing and a prototype. Tooling cost is quoted separately and can often be amortised over the order volume.
What fabric options do you offer?
Standard is 600D Oxford with water-resistant coating. 1680D Oxford, polyester and PU leather are available, with custom colour and print.
How do you handle quality complaints?
Every batch is inspected before shipment and we provide a photo report. In the rare case of a defect, we replace the affected units in your next shipment or refund the value — agreed in writing before the order.
