A private label order changes four things on a standard model and nothing else: your logo on the frame and the packaging, your colourway, your fabric choice, and your carton artwork. Frame design, safety testing and the aluminium alloy structure stay on our proven production setup, which is what keeps lead times at 25 to 35 days instead of months.

Wholesale and bulk order buyers usually start with two or three catalogue models in their own colours, prove the retail response, then add exclusive frames. Amazon and FBA sellers often begin with a single model at MOQ to test a listing before committing to a full container.

How a Private Label Order Runs

1. Tell us the model and the split

Pick catalogue models, quantities per model and per colour. MOQ starts at 200 pcs per model and is negotiable for mixed orders. We reply with a firm FOB price within 24 hours.

2. Approve the sample

We build a pre-production sample with your logo, colour and fabric. You sign it off before the line starts. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.

3. Production and inspection

Lead time runs 25 to 35 days after deposit. Your inspection team or agent can audit on the line; we also ship our own outgoing check with every lot.

4. One lot out of Qingdao or Ningbo

Mixed models ship together in one container under your brand marks, with the carton artwork you approved.
